The grounds are well maintained with mature trees and beautiful gardens lining the walkways. A 6000 sq. ft. Ruperts Landing Marina is well sheltered with a marked channel. There are floating docks, launch ramp, dry storage, and racks for canoes and kayaks. A life lease for a boat dock is a one time fee of about $1,500 with annual dues ranging from $350 to $900.
