Each day, it scans the MLS® looking for your new home and sends a notice to me.

Having someone on your side when negotiating a price is very important. Sometimes the listing agent will ask you to agree to “dual agency”, where he acts for both parties and earns two commissions. I remind my clients in that situation they have no real representation and less protection if problems arise. My services are free charge for buyers.
