The Meaford Harbour and Marina is a great place to come for a stroll on a summer day. With the clear blue waters that Georgian Bay is known for, local residents and visitors to the park will take in the breathtaking views of the bay and enjoy admiring all of the sail and motor boats docked at the marina.

The Meaford Harbour is located where the Bighead River flows into Georgian Bay and is managed by the Parks, Recreation and Culture Division of the Municipality of Meaford and features an administration and comfort station providing all the amenities of a big marina. Amenities included at the marina are lounge room, waste pumpouts, boat launch, fish cleaning station, pavilion & large viewing area of Georgian Bay.

The harbour office, located at 3 St. Vincent Street, contains the office with a beautiful space for the boaters to utilize. The Meaford Harbour has a significant parkland area, municipal marina and community pavilion with plenty of parking for cars, boats and RV’s.

The retired search and rescue vessel “Spume” is an interesting addition to Meaford Harbour. It has been totally restored and mounted near the shoreline for convenient viewing.  During the summer months the Harbour Pavillion is home to a Farmer’s Market on Friday afternoons, antique car shows on Tuesdays, and Sunday concerts.
